Custom Order and General Information

In-Stock and Custom Orders - Lengths/Ring Sizes/Carat Weights:  Although we are happy to offer assistance, each customer is responsible for ordering carefully and correctly, including all sizing.
 


Price Estimates/Quotes for Custom Orders:  Price quotes are subject to change based on fluctuations in the precious metals market, the cost of gemstones, as well as any time delay between quote and placement of order.  With respect to a quote involving a component from an outside source, we do our best to provide an accurate estimate but the actual price charged may be different, in which case we will keep you informed.
 
 
Payment for Custom Orders:  For custom orders, usually the required payment is one-half purchase price or quote estimate required upon order with balance due upon completion of work.  We accept most credit cards, checks and USD wire transfers.  Please allow time for checks to clear before work begins/order delivered.  


*CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.  

Custom Time Frames:  If we have all components in our inventory to make your custom order, we will provide you with a completion date.  We will do our very best to have the piece ready when you want it.  Generally, we try to finish all projects within two to four (2-4) weeks, though more time may be needed for complex pieces and during busy seasons.  Custom orders requiring materials and artisan-crafted parts which are not in our inventory (such as a special gemstone or clasp) can take much longer - sometimes even months, and only approximate completion dates might be possible.  We wish to please all our clients and will do whatever we can to meet your complete satisfaction, including delivering jewelry on time for a special occasion.

 In-Stock Jewelry Purchase:  We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with the purchase of all in-stock jewelry purchased online or by email/phone. Click this link to view all Return Procedures and Conditions provided at www.ArpaiaLang.com.   All to-and-from shipping charges are purchaser's responsibility with all returns other than for defect.

 Gift Packaging:  Each piece of jewelry arrives in the appropriate gift box, together with a new microfiber cleaning cloth. 

Processing In-stock Orders:  In-stock orders are processed within 2-5 business days from order date.  If you require rush service or shipping outside of continental US, please contact Kimberly Arpaia by phone at 203-772-4643 or click this link to send an email request.

 Shipping In-stock Orders:   Free Shipping In-Stock Orders Minimum $150:  We offer free standard shipping on all in-stock orders minimum $150 (not including applicable sales taxes and shipping charges) to destinations in the continental United States.   The free shipping offer is not available on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or other International Locations.  The free shipping method is typically by Federal Express Ground or Regular US Mail.  At our option and complete discretion, we may choose a different delivery method or carrier.

Shipping to Destinations Outside Continental US:  For shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rica, Canada and Other International Destinations, please contact Kimberly Arpaia.
